LAST TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS SPECIFICALLY DEVELOPED FOR A RENOWNED COMPANY IN THE FURNITURE HARDWARE
Saronni is an Italian company world leader in the production of coil feeding lines specifically dedicated to mechanical presses, but not limited to.
Founded in 1950, and successfully developed thanks to several lines installed all over the world and with hundreds of customers active mainly in the automotive and industrial household appliances sectors.
Saronni mainly produces and supplies:
- Feeding lines for presses in compact and long version (with loop) (decoilers, straighteners, levelers, feeders…)
- Cut-to-length lines
- Embossing lines
- Automatic disc cutting lines
This year, Saronni will be present at Blechexpo exhibition in Stuttgart at stand 8206 in the hall 8 and will exhibit a feeding line, complete of double decoiler, developed to meet the specific needs of a manufacturer of “top quality” furniture components.
The feeding line is complete with a high-precision straightener with 21 straightening rolls in 6 hi level configuration and intermediate spiralized rolls for the process optimization.
The installation of an automatic and innovative system for the cleaning of the straightening rolls reduces the shut-down of the machinery and avoid the operator intervention, with even important benefits in terms of safety.
High level of productivity through a higher degree of automation and control of the process.
